Who we are
About Us
TactiFrame is a modular carbon fiber framing system built by MOS Equipment in Santa Barbara, California. We make structural hardware for people who need to build a thing, take it apart, and build the next thing with the same parts.
The system
What is TactiFrame?
TactiFrame is a small set of interchangeable components: woven carbon fiber poles, precision-machined aluminum connectors, threaded mounts, and carbon plates. Together they assemble tool-free into rigid structures of almost any shape and size.
Every connection is threaded and hand-tight. Poles fold at their midpoint for transport. A frame that took minutes to raise takes minutes to strike, and the same hardware goes back up somewhere else without degrading.
How we build
What we do
Engineered, not decorated
Every part is spec-matched and machined to tolerance. Nothing on a TactiFrame is there for looks. If it does not carry load or make a connection, it is not on the frame.
Built to be rebuilt
Tool-free threaded connections mean a structure comes apart as cleanly as it went together, again and again, without wearing out the connection points.
Engineered and assembled in the USA
