How It Works

What Is TactiFrame?

TactiFrame is a modular carbon fiber framing system built to help professionals deploy custom structures—tactical shelters, field labs, camera rigs—and adapt them on the fly. Lightweight yet incredibly strong, each component snaps together for rapid assembly and breaks down for easy transport.

 Core Components

TactiFrame’s flexibility starts with three building blocks:

Component

Description

Carbon Fiber Poles

High-strength, 1.57″ diameter tubes in 4 ft, 6 ft, and 8 ft lengths. Fold in half via integrated aluminum center joints for compact storage.

Aluminum Connectors

Patent-pending 3-way and 4-way joints with tool-based tightening for precision fit and field-ready durability.

Saddle Pieces

Mid-frame add-ons that allow for horizontal support and expansion.

Pole Add-ons

Mounting accessories, feet, and other enhancements to adapt the frame to your mission.

Tools

Minimal toolset required for setup—just a hex key for most builds.

How to Build a TactiFrame

Step 1: Plan Your Structure
Sketch your layout and choose the shape and size you need. Start simple with a cube or rectangle—or build something fully custom.

Step 2: Choose Your Components
Select the correct number of poles and connectors. Use our kits as a starting point or build from individual parts.

Step 3: Assemble and Adapt
Use the included tools to connect and tighten the frame. Reconfigure or expand it as your project evolves.

Compatibility & Customization

  • Tarps & Panels: Fits standard tarp eyelets and panel mounting systems

  • Equipment Mounts: Attach lights, sensors, or comms gear via bracket accessories

  • Mixed Materials: Combine with third-party poles or rails—just match the 1.57″ diameter

  • Extensibility: Add saddle connectors to expand mid-frame or create multi-tiered rigs
