TactiFrame Carbon Fiber Plates

TactiFrame Carbon Fiber Plates are rigid flat panels produced from the same woven carbon fiber material used in TactiFrame poles: 3450 MPa tensile strength, 230 GPa Young's Modulus, 1.80 g/cm³ density. A flat panel form factor for applications requiring a structural surface rather than a structural span.

Every plate is produced to order. Specify any dimension from 1 inch to 40 inches in length or width, thickness up to 1 cm, in a glossy woven carbon fiber finish. Cutout configurations are available within the same order: hole patterns for hardware mounting, port cutouts for cable routing or ventilation access, custom geometric cutouts for sensor or connector interfaces. Single-unit orders are accepted with no minimum quantity.

Within TactiFrame frame assemblies, plates are mounted via saddle mounts and hook mounts as panel faces, equipment platforms, or overhead mounting surfaces. Plates also function as standalone flat stock independent of any TactiFrame frame assembly.
