TactiFrame Carbon Fiber Poles
Standard aluminum and fiberglass poles do not provide adequate tensile strength for high-load structural applications in portable framing systems. TactiFrame Carbon Fiber Poles are precision-wound from high-grade woven carbon fiber to 3450 MPa tensile strength and 230 GPa Young's Modulus, providing structural performance appropriate to high-load portable framing applications.
Each pole arrives pre-assembled with two installed components: an aluminum center connector at the midpoint that enables fold-flat transport, and aluminum end caps on both ends that connect to TactiFrame corner connectors via threaded hook mounts. The end cap threads lock the connection without separate fasteners or tools. The center connector locks open in the deployed position and does not create a flex point in the assembled structure.
All four length variants share a standardized 40 mm outer diameter. Any pole is compatible with any TactiFrame connector or mount regardless of length. Mixed-length configurations for non-cubic frame geometries are fully supported.

Pole length selection
Pole length determines outer frame dimension in a cubic build. For non-cubic frames, specify separate pole lengths per axis.

Standard cubic frame: 12 poles of one length, 8 corner connectors. Non-cubic frame: 12 poles across two or three lengths, 8 corner connectors. Custom pole lengths available on request for non-standard enclosure dimensions.
