TactiFrame Aluminum Modular Corner Connector
A cubic frame structure requires junction components capable of accepting poles from three perpendicular axes at each corner under structural load. The TactiFrame Aluminum Corner Connector is precision-machined from lightweight aluminum with threaded interfaces on all six faces, supporting up to six simultaneous pole connections per junction.
Hook mounts thread into any connector face and accept TactiFrame pole end caps via a threaded lock. No tools are required at any connection point. Hook mounts are repositionable without modifying surrounding connections. A standard cubic frame uses three faces per corner connector, leaving three faces available for extensions, diagonal bracing, or additional structural members without disassembly.
The six-face interface design allows the same connector to function in standard cubic frames, rectangular frames, T-junctions, L-bends, and complex multi-plane structures.
Highlights
- Six-face connection interface. Threaded interfaces on all six faces support poles from every axis simultaneously. A standard cubic build uses three faces per connector; the remaining three are immediately available. Supports cubic, rectangular, T-junction, L-bend, and multi-plane geometries.
- Four hook mounts included. Pre-installed on four faces for immediate use and repositionable to any face without modifying surrounding assembly. Additional hook mounts (sold separately) extend capacity to all six faces.
- Tool-free repeatable interface. No tools or external fasteners at assembly or disassembly. Connection points maintain consistent fit across repeated cycles.
- Construction. Precision-machined aluminum, corrosion-resistant for sustained field and laboratory use. Patent pending.

Cubic and multi-axis frame builds
Eight corner connectors and twelve poles form a complete cubic frame. The six-face interface provides consistent structural performance regardless of connector orientation in the assembly.
Extended and non-cubic configurations
Each corner connector in a standard cubic build has three unused interface faces available without modification. Additional poles, extension members, and diagonal bracing via 45 degree hook mounts can be added at any connector without disassembling the existing structure.
Junction planning
One corner connector is required at each point where poles intersect from two or more perpendicular axes. Mid-span pole-to-pole connections require a saddle mount rather than a corner connector.
