TactiFrame Cube Frame Kit
Field-deployable structural systems require high tensile strength, tool-free assembly, and transit dimensions that do not require freight logistics. TactiFrame delivers on all three without permanent installation or a tool inventory.
Twelve carbon fiber poles fold at pre-installed aluminum center connectors, reducing packed length by approximately fifty percent per pole. Eight six-sided aluminum corner connectors accept poles on every face via threaded hook mounts without tools. Eight connectors and twelve poles form a complete cubic frame at your chosen edge length. Connection and disconnection require no tools at any point. The same hardware is used across all assembly and disassembly cycles without degradation.
The kit provides a complete cubic framework compatible with all TactiFrame individual components for expanded configurations: additional poles and connectors extend frame dimensions, hook mounts and saddle mounts add connection points, and carbon fiber plates add flat surface capability. For RF isolation applications, the kit pairs with TitanRF Faraday fabric. Custom pole lengths and plate dimensions are available on request.
TactiFrame is a Mission Darkness product.
Highlights
- Structural performance. Carbon fiber poles rated to 3450 MPa tensile strength and 230 GPa Young's Modulus, rated for sustained structural loads across repeated deployment cycles, with precision-machined aluminum corner connectors at all junction points.
- Tool-free assembly. Poles connect to corner connectors via a threaded hook-and-cap interface. No tools, fasteners, or external hardware at any connection point. Repeatable assembly and disassembly without connection point degradation.
- Transport configuration. All 12 poles fold at pre-installed midpoint center connectors and ship in protective packaging. No freight logistics required for standard kit sizes.
- Modular compatibility. Fully compatible with all TactiFrame individual components, expandable along any axis using additional poles and corner connectors. Custom pole lengths and non-cubic configurations available on request.
